Invited competition submission for the regeneration of the Lower Falinge estate in Rochdale.

Our approach centered on developing a strong community consultation strategy and using this to inform the architectural proposals.

Initial analysis for the estate identified opportunities to enhance landscaping, improved and secure access to existing blocks and enhanced connections from the existing streets to the new pocket park and to the wider town centre.
